Included with your order we will need to know your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address. Your credit or debit card information will only be used to process your order but will be retained for tracking shipping or returns. Your privacy is important to us and will not be shared with any second or third parties. Transactions made on our web site are secure and encrypted. Please do not send sensitive information via e-mail because this is generally not considered secure.

The images, designs and products produced by Oblation Papers and Press, Ltd. as well as our website, are all proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Information contained on our website may not be used for any purpose other than shopping and product research by private individuals. Material on our website is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Delivery

All products will be shipped by UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. A street address must be provided. All orders will ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available for all orders. Most items will ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. We will contact you immediately if the item you have ordered is not in stock and cannot ship right away.

Returns

Returns of merchandise are accepted in original saleable condition within 30 days of original purchase. All shipping and handling fees as well as gift wrap are non-refundable. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be remitted to your credit card or debit card upon receipt of returned merchandise. Exceptions: all shipping and handling fees as well as gift wrap are non-refundable; we do not accept returns on personalized items. Send all returns to:

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon delivery. You must notify us at time of delivery if merchandise is damaged. Please immediately contact customer service at 503.295.5967. Retain product, packing slip, invoice, and all packaging/materials.
