WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, an order must be at least $100 and the listed minimums per product must be met.
To complete your order we need to know your store name, the required contact information, billing and shipping address,as well as a valid EIN tax I.D. number. Your credit or decit card information will only be used to process your order and will not be retained after order fulfillment. Transactions made on our website are secure and encrypted through Stripe. We gladly accept all major credit cards for payment.
Currently our website is formatted to accept prepayment by credit card only. This is to keep your shopping experience simple and secure. Approved accounts are able to shop with Net-30 terms, however those orders must be written out on the form below, faxed, or emailed to us for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience. shipping & delivery
All products will be shipped by FedEx. As FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided. Most items ship within 3-5 business days of order placement. Please be aware holiday seasons can increase shipping time estimates.
Upon order placement, an automatic email is sent to your email address comfirming your order. Upon order fulfillment, a second email will be sent to you stating that your package has shipped and providing tracking for each package.
out of stock items
Availability of items can be influenced by the buying season and our handmade process. We work to anticipate demand, but please note that items sold online may be out-of-stock. Backordered items will be reflected on your invoice and will be sent with complimentary shipping as soon as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. All shipping and handling fees as well as gift wrap are non-refundable. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be remitted to your credit card or debit card upon receipt of returned merchandise. We do not accept returns of personalized items. Holdiay merchandise is non-returnable after December 15th.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. You must notify us at the time of delivery if merchandise is damaged. Please immediately contact custom service at 503.295.5967. Retain product, packign slip, invoice, and all packaging/materials.
