Holiday notice

Due to high demand during this time, please note that all carriers are experiencing delivery delays. We are working hard to get orders out within 1-3 business days, but once an order is picked up by a carrier, shipping and delivery status is no longer in our control. We encourage all customers to plan for extra days in delivery times. We recommend orders be placed by December 15th to arrive by Christmas. 

Kindly note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

 

To complete your order we need to know your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number and email address. Your credit or debit card information will only be used to process your order and will not be retained after order fulfillment. Transactions are secure and encrypted through Stripe. We gladly accept all major credit cards for payment. Free standard shipping will be applied to all orders over $100.

The majority of orders will be shipped via USPS. A card or small flat item will be shipped using forever stamps at $1.50. Many orders, such as pens, multiple cards, or gifts, will be shipped USPS flat rate at $10. Large items, such as puzzles and gift wrap, will be shipped USPS flat rate $25. If the items in your order are over 12 inches or 4 pounds, it will be shipped by FedEx. As FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided.

Our expedited shipping option is via FedEx 2-day. This is after our 1-3 business day order processing time. Shipping is priced using the weights above, with an additional $20. Once FedEx picks up your package, shipping and delivery status is no longer in our control. Expedited shipping is only available in the continental united states. It is not available to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and other United States territories.

Most items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. Please be aware that holiday seasons can increase shipping time estimates.

Upon order placement, an automatic email is sent to your email address confirming your order. Upon order fulfillment, a second email will be sent to you stating that your package has shipped and will provide a tracking number. If you are placing an order for in-store pickup, a second email will be sent stating that it is ready to be picked up.

Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase. All shipping and handling fees as well as gift wrap are non-refundable. Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be remitted to your credit card or debit card upon receipt of returned merchandise. We do not accept returns of personalized items. Holiday merchandise is non-returnable after December 15th.
